How we work is simple: Concentrix + Webhelp is a business outsourcing company, meaning, we offer our services to other companies to help them handle customer service, finances and other business processes. As our colleague, you will be employed by Concentrix + Webhelp but supporting the clients of a well-known travel company.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Bringing great customer service to the customers via phone and e-mail
- Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebookings and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings and more
- Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
- Correctly documenting all processes in our clients' systems
To do great in this role, you must have at least a C1 level in Swedish and a good command of English. Other than that, we'd love for you to be passionate about great customer service and can be a flexible and dynamic addition to our team.
Our recruitment process consists of a short phone interview, an online test of the Swedish language, finally an interview and a background check. If we turn out to be a match, we'll be happy to extend you an offer to join us!

WORKING TIME: Shift work during our working hours: Mon-Fri from 9 AM to 8 PM, Saturday/Sunday from 10 AM to 7 PM
