Back - Office Support Advisor

Webhelp in cooperation with our client EcoOnline is currently looking to build up a Team of Back-Office Professionals to ensure the deliverance of best-in-class service towards the end-customer. Straight-forward tasks, requiring language only at written understanding level, entering safety data sheet (SDS) information into EcoOnline database software. 

What we offer:

  • A base salary ranging from €1000 gross per month;
  • Performance bonuses up to €100 gross per month ;
  • Expenses subsidy of €60 net per month;

  • Maximum flexibility in working hours in particular, when working from home (optional after successfully passing probation), as long as the assigned tasks are completed;

What we would like in return:

  • Very good command of English (also our common Webhelp language)
  • Absolute dedication to detail as we are eventually dealing with information concerning safety of the people
  • High self-motivation (in particular, when working from home), self-organization skills and ability to maintain focus, when performing routine tasks
  • Basic computer skills and experience in working with mainstream office and database software is considered a plus
